Organization : As mentioned above, this is about jet lag. It consists of two parts. First part told introduction and important of eating regularly. Second is experiment of recovering jet lag. Researcher, Ruscitto in the Department of Psychology at the University of Surrey, divides into two groups after taking long flight. Then one group eats meals on a regular schedule after their flight. The other didn't that. Also all of them avoids using any sleeping pills. Although two groups were not big difference in scores(after experiment, researcher made all test subject group fill out the survey). As a result, Former is better than later.

 

Opinion : The article puts an emphasis on a regular eating habit. it is so easy to me. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. But it could be difficult to some people. Maybe, to those, this article provides good information. Long time ago, many scientists said "It is important to do exercise and eat regularly". I think may deal wise the unchanging truth about keeping us healthy.
